What eCommerce platform does SindenShop use?

We use Shopify one of the world's leading eCommerce platforms so you know your purchase is secure and reliable and your order information is safe.

Which countries do you ship to?

UK, USA, EU, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Israel, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, South Korea and Japan.  New countries can be added if there is interest, please contact us if you would like to purchase and are in an unsupported country.

Is there a product warranty with the Sinden Lightgun?

Yes Sinden Lightgun has a 1 year replacement parts warranty and also support available after the warranty period.

Are there any customs/import fees?

Not for the USA which is where the majority of orders are for.  Some other countries may have customs charges when your order arrives.  Canada, Australia, New Zealand usually don't but it is a possibility. Israel seems to be down to luck.  EU does not have import duty as the lightgun is made in the UK but VAT/sales tax is usually charged at your local rate by customs on import. In the future we are hoping to distribute from within the EU also to make things easier for EU customers. I don't yet have any info for South Korea & Japan.

Do you have a returns policy?

As we are a small business sending items internationally we unfortunately don't have the infrastructure or profit margin to support returns which are very expensive.

Do UK orders include VAT?

Yes all UK orders include VAT and we can supply a VAT invoice if required.
